DESCRIPTION:

Bionitropin is a recombinant human growth hormone (rHGH) designed for injection. Bionitropin shares similar metabolic actions with human growth hormone. It acts through specific growth hormone receptors present in various tissues, promoting cell division, amino acid uptake, and protein synthesis. It stimulates skeletal and soft tissue growth, increases muscle cells, and enhances internal organ size and red cell mass.

COMPOSITION:

Each vial contains 3.33 mg (10 IU) Somatropin (Recombinant Human Growth Hormone), 2 mg of medical glycine and 22 mg of medical mannitol. It comes in the form of a white lyophilized powder, composed of the identical sequence of 191 amino acids found in human growth hormone.

DOSAGE:

The recommended dose of Bionitropin is from 2 IU to 6 IU per day, preferably taken continuously for up to 6 months, followed by a rest period of 3-6 months.

INDICATIONS:

Bionitropin is indicated for pediatric patients with growth hormone deficiency to stimulate skeletal growth. It is also used by bodybuilders and fitness competitors to build lean muscle mass, reduce body fat, and improve sports performance.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Bionitropin should not be used in patients with active malignancy, diabetic retinopathy, or in children with closed epiphyses. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.

SIDE EFFECTS AND PRECAUTIONS:

Common side effects of Bionitropin include hyperglycemia, insulin resistance, and fluid retention. Long-term use may lead to acromegaly, carpal tunnel syndrome, and increased risk of diabetes mellitus. Patients with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or renal impairment should use Bionitropin with caution. Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels and thyroid function is recommended during therapy.

STORAGE:

Bionitropin should be stored cold at +2 to +8°C. Reconstituted powder should be used within 2 weeks when stored cold. Keep out of reach of children.
